Daymark

Support

A little help with your day.

Email support@superbigly.com. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Daymark version (Settings in the app) and what happened. Leave out private calendar details or note text unless they are needed to explain the problem.

How do I add a widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Daymark and pick a widget such as Day ahead, Week in color, Month at a glance, Up next or Pinned note. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then tap the widget area.

How do I start the Lock Screen countdown?

On the Today tab, tap “Count down to your next event on the Lock Screen”. The countdown appears as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Do I need a Shortcut?

Not for widgets or the countdown; those are native. An exported wallpaper is a still image. To refresh it automatically, add the ready-made Daymark Wallpaper shortcut from the app (it uses Create Daymark Wallpaper followed by Apple’s Set Wallpaper Photo). Settings shows “Wallpaper working” after it runs.

Why isn’t my widget up to date?

Daymark asks iOS to refresh widgets when you change something, but iOS controls the timing, so instant background updates are not guaranteed. Opening Daymark requests fresh data.

Why is an event missing?

Check calendar access in iPhone Settings and the selected calendars in Daymark Settings. Google and Outlook accounts must be added to Apple Calendar first. Syncing is handled by iOS and your provider.

How do I switch to 24-hour time?

Open Daymark → Settings → Time format and choose 24-hour, 12-hour or System.

How do I add a note or a task?

Create and edit notes in Notes, then pin one to show it in the note widget. Add dated tasks from Today, with daily or weekly repeats if you like. Future tasks appear on their dates and overdue tasks stay visible.

What does Daymark Plus include?

Plus adds named calendar and appearance setups, widgets that can each use their own saved setup or note, and extra palettes and wallpaper layouts. Anyone can preview the extra styles in Studio; Plus is needed to export them or use them in the wallpaper Shortcut. The calendar, tasks, reminders, notes, basic widgets, photo controls, original palettes and layouts, and wallpaper exports are included without Plus.

How do I restore a purchase?

Use the Apple account that bought Plus, then open Daymark → Settings → Restore Purchases, or restore from the upgrade screen. An internet connection may be needed. If the App Store reports no eligible purchase, email us with the error message. Never send your Apple account password or card details.

A purchase is pending or didn’t unlock

A pending purchase, such as Ask to Buy, needs approval before Plus unlocks. Canceled or failed purchases do not unlock Plus. If purchase options don’t load, try again with a connection. If an approved purchase still hasn’t appeared after Restore Purchases, contact us.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles App Store payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I remove my data?

Delete notes or tasks in Daymark, remove the current photo in Studio, and rename or delete saved setups there. Calendar events and reminders live in your calendar services; edit them through Daymark or Apple’s apps. Deleting Daymark removes its local data. See the privacy policy for more.
