Daymark

Terms of use

The fine print, in plain words.

Last updated November 4, 2026. These terms cover the Daymark: Calendar Widgets app for iPhone, the optional Daymark Plus purchase and this website. Daymark is provided by Super Bigly, LLC (“we”, “us”).

The short version: Daymark’s core features need no purchase. Daymark Plus is an optional in-app purchase through Apple. Apple’s standard app license applies. Use the app at your own judgment, keep your own calendar backups, and email us if something goes wrong.

1. Apple’s license applies

Daymark is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”), with Super Bigly, LLC as the application provider. These terms add a few Daymark-specific points. If anything here conflicts with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA wins.

2. Using Daymark

You may use Daymark on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store rules allow. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or tamper with the app or its purchase checks, or use it to break the law or anyone else’s rights.

3. Core features and Daymark Plus

The calendar, tasks, reminders, notes, basic widgets, photo and palette controls, and wallpaper exports are included without a purchase. Daymark Plus is an optional in-app purchase. Depending on what the App Store offers in your region, Plus may be available as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store shows each option and your local price before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions; canceling stops future renewals, and Plus stays active until the paid period ends. A lifetime purchase does not renew.

Apple processes the payment. Plus is tied to the Apple account that bought it and can be restored on your devices from Settings → Restore Purchases, subject to Apple’s rules. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we can’t issue App Store refunds ourselves.

We may improve, change or add features over time, including what Plus includes.

4. Your content and your calendars

Your tasks, notes, photos and saved setups belong to you and stay on your device. Daymark reads and edits only the calendars and reminders you allow, through Apple’s calendar services. Changes you make in Daymark sync to your calendar provider like any other edit, so double-check important events. Keep your own backups; we can’t recover content stored only on your device. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.

5. What Daymark can and can’t promise

Widgets, the Lock Screen countdown and wallpaper refreshes depend on iOS, your settings and your calendar provider. iOS decides when widgets update, so they may not reflect a change instantly. Don’t rely on Daymark as your only reminder for anything critical, such as medication or travel.

Daymark is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties not stated in the Apple EULA and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

6. Third parties

Apple is not responsible for Daymark or its support; we are, as described in the Apple EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Purchase services (RevenueCat and Superwall) and your calendar provider operate under their own terms.

7. Ending use

You can stop using Daymark at any time by deleting it. If you seriously misuse the app, for example by bypassing purchase checks, your license under the Apple EULA ends.

8. Changes and law

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date above, and continuing to use Daymark means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws named in the Apple EULA, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
